  With over 30 years in the building industry, our experience ranges from handling individual new home warranty repairs to managing the divisional customer care department for one of the nation’s top five home builders, including training construction managers in code compliance and quality control. While other inspectors may have studied codes and passed an examination, our experience goes far beyond anything that can be learned in a class room.
  At GMS Home Inspection Services we have the experience to identify problems or issues that may fall outside of what the code requires.
  We are TREC and ICC certified and we have conducted over 75000 inspections collectively. I've personally conducted over 40000 inspections ranging from new construction phase inspections, forensic inspections, thermal imaging inspections to full TREC compliance inspections. We can often provide next day inspection services with a detailed and thorough report for you, your builder or Realtor, provided simultaneously, if you so choose.
